The Sacred Grove Healing circle is a community gathering in Baton Rouge designed for the “Journey Within.” This is a secular-accessible healing circle where we gather to pause, to listen, and to heal.

A Space Built on Safety & Sovereignty

Walking into a new space can be intimidating. Because of that, the Sacred Grove is built on a foundation of Sovereignty and Safety. We are not here to fix one another; we are here to witness each other’s journeys.

In our circle, your privacy is a sacred oath, and your participation is always an invitation, never a requirement. Whether you come for recovery, for clarity, or simply to rest your weary spirit, you meet us as a peer.

A Resource for Community Healing

Healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum; it requires a safe container and a connection to something greater than ourselves. We created the Sacred Grove to serve as a wellspring for the community–a space where you can come to be filled back up when the world feels heavy.

• Restorative Stillness: Through guided breath work and visualization, we help settle the nervous system and quiet the mental noise of daily life.
• Authentic Connection: We meet as peers, dropping our professional roles at the door to acknowledge our true selves in a space free of judgment or the need to ‘fix’ one another.
• Collective Insight: We tap into the wisdom of the group and the season, using shared reflection and gentle energy work to find clarity for the month ahead.
• Radical Sovereignty: Your journey is yours alone. Every practice is offered as an invitation, allowing you to engage in a way that feels most authentive and supportive to you.

About the Facilitators

Ashley Crowe is a spiritual guide and practitioner on the Ovate path. Dedicated to helping others navigate their personal landscapes through ritual arts and intuitive healing, Ashley provides grounded, hollowed space for deep transformation.

Alex Diaz is a dedicated Reiki Master and High Priestess committed to heart-centered healing and soul-alignment. Alex facilitates the return to balance, guiding others to quiet the noise of the external world so they may hear the wisdom of their own hearts.

Together, they hold the Sacred Grove as a sanctuary of dual strength–merging ancient tradition with modern restorative care to support the collective healing of the community.
