I was once a child full of grace. The wind blew softly on my face & the land’s blessing flowed freely through me. But that was many moons ago. I now stand tall on a foundation of responsibility & self-importance.
The wind still blows, but I seldom feel or notice the joy of its kiss. The Land’s blessing still rises up to meet me, but I often forget to welcome it in.
Life lived quickly without a passing glance of passion is a life devoid of purpose, and so I find myself digging into the ground beneath me…
Exploring the past; envisioning a freer future; trying to understand the answers hidden beneath my feet.
